Do you think this will work?

My 8 year old is misbehaving in school, his grades are crap, and he's really annoying. Now I need a punishment cause nothing else is working, nothing drastic but i was thinking about getting a woodchipper and throwing his dog i just bought him in there while he watches, think that'll work?
