Tell me why Muslims cannot serve in the US military. I'm Muslim.?

American's only see the bad in Muslims since things such as 9/11, I see no reason why a Muslim can't join the United States Armed Forces. I would just say proceed with caution because extremist or not some people will only see a Muslim in that regard. My personal feeling when the bullets start flying I don't care what color your skin is or by what name you call god its all about survival in our never ending fight for freedom.
