Lump biopsy.TERRIFIED of needles - PLZ HELP I'M SO SCARED?

OMG! seriousy my friend had this done the other day...............and the last time she had a needle was when she was a baby and she freeeeEEked out BIGTIME! shes 18, and she says you feel a scratch, she sed practise on your hand the lightest scratch posserbal and thatz what it feels like, she sayz it it dont hurt, and she promises,....she never liezxxx she says dont paint a pic in your head of how bad its goinna be , she sedz its a wast of time because after you will be thinkin why was i actin like that?xx after she felf fine and went shoppin so....thatz how i can tell she waz ok lolxx..........honestly u will be fine, chillxx, dont stress!xxx she sed good luck! but you seriously wont need itxxxx but be bravexx
