Can any current of former UCSC students describe in general how they feel about the school?

I'd been accepted recently and it's one of the schools im really interested in going to. Any feedback about the school? I applied to Bioengineering, but I'm thinking about switching to their new Computer Game Design major. Oh yeah.... what's up with that wacked up Porter Day?
