Competly heartbroken and pregnant?

im 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant yesterday i had my first ultra sound... but this morning the vet called (because my dog holly was there bc she was breathing funny) they did surgery on her and she past away. i am in a pool of tears, cant eat, cant get back to sleep, hysterically crying. can my baby get stressed out by me because i cant help it! i miss my dog holly. she was soo beautiful so playful, she was an english bulldog. i know i should try to pull together quickly for the baby, but right now all i think about is holly and how i miss her. im so upset
