Does this plan sound ok? Or am i too old to be messing about with life?

Hi, Finally I have found someone in a very similar situation to me only I am 36 in two weeks time. I am living with parents deparate to get a house of my own but no money and currently no job, I dont want kids or a man like you never had and feel my life is slipping away and so far can not even come up with a plan as to what to do as now my mum is pulling on the heart strings saying if I leave home her and dad will argue more and how will she cope. Sorry you didnt want me to tell you all my problems you need an answer well if that was me I would probably ask my parents and do what ever they thought however you have a plan I suggest put a big foot forward and give it a go it certainly sounds like a plan that would work so GOOD LUCK
