Is "Casio EX-Z9BK Exilim Zoom 8.1MP Digital Camera" a good cameraz to buy?

It is a simple camera to operate and has a feature that makes it very easy to but video on u-tube. It does have face recognition and will take a decent picture.Personally I prefer something from Canon,Nikon,Sony,Fuji or Olympia. They are the big names in camera's.
