What NHL Team do you think will make the playoffs that didn't last year?

I for one believe it will be the St. Louis Blues. They had an amazing first half of last season until they had a meltdown... With a quality backup goaltender in Chris Mason, rookies TJ Oshie and Patrick Berglund, and possible even Alex Peitrangelo I have a good feeling about this team.
