Where does it not snow in spain?

i just recieved my TESL certificate and now im looking to try to find a job teaching english in spain but i hear that there are parts of spain that snows alot and there are other parts that might get a little bit chilly but nothing compared to canada weather ( which is where i live). does anybody know where in spain it does not snow and does not get terribly cold? also where there are the best beaches?
