Questions about Fraternities?

If I am initiated into a fraternity at one school, but then transfer schools, can I pledge another fraternity at the other school. It should be noted that the frat I am considering joining next semester is NOT in the IFC (NIC). I am considering transferring, but am not 100% sure, and would like to be part of a frat wherever I go. Also, is it possible that if I am initated into a fraternity at the school I am currently at, then leave, that I just don't tell anyone I was once a brother of a different frat and get initiated into a different frat?
